For creating a well-built passive solar and net zero home with attention to detail.
Teal Architects & MacLennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects – Tom Emodi
For creating a recreational facility, the East Hants Aquatic Centre, which strives to be accessible to all East Hants residents.

East Hants Animal Hospital – Nicole Russell
For creating a positive contribution to the Elmsdale Village Core.
Anthony Kawalski & Jonathan Twinley
For a change of use, renovation and preservation of a historic church building.
Honourable Mention
Holy Trinity Church – Charles & Judy Burns
For renewing a historic building by recreating a traditional paint design to match historical pictures of the church.
