Operations and Maintenance Coordinator (Chief Engineer)
East Hants Sportsplex, Lantz, NS
The Operations and Maintenance Coordinator oversees the maintenance activities of the facility and ice plant, as per the Technical Safety Act and Power Engineer Regulations of Nova Scotia. This includes oversight of building systems, preventative maintenance software, building automation, ice plant/refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, security, and fire suppression. This role supervises a team of facility operators and ice technicians.
Community Engagement Coordinator

The Community Engagement Coordinator will participate in community events and provide public education, including the development and delivery of the solid waste education outreach deliverables, and overall support to the Communications team on public engagement.

We are recruiting for a Ticketed Operator to join our team. Our Operators are responsible for day-to-day maintenance at the East Hants Sportsplex, maintenance of the ice rink, and ensuring ice plant equipment is checked and maintained.
