Notice of Public Hearing – June 26, 2024

The Municipality of East Hants will be holding a Public Hearing regarding the following application:

PLN24-001: Maple Tree Holdings – Mount Uniacke

The application is to redesignate and rezoning a portion of PID 45426301 from the Regional Commercial (RC) Designation and Zone to the Business Park (BP) Designation and Zone. The front portion of the property, adjacent to Hwy 1, is proposed to be kept as Regional Commercial (RC) Designation and Zone.

The Public Hearing will take place at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre, 15 Commerce Court, Elmsdale, on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 beginning at 7:30 p.m. In the event of cancellation, the meeting will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Public Hearing will also be livestreamed at easthants.ca/livestream.
