Notice of Consideration – Bylaw IO-300-1

Take notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants hereby proposes an amendment to Bylaw IO-300, A Bylaw Respecting the Regulation of Connections and Discharges to Public Sewer Systems. This amended Bylaw outlines the regulation concerning the installation and use of sewers within the Municipality of East Hants.
First reading was given to the proposed Bylaw at the Regular Meeting of Council held on June 26, 2024.
Second and final reading of the Bylaw is scheduled to be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held on July 24, 2024.
