The Municipality of East Hants will be holding a Public Information Meeting regarding:
PLN26-009 Official Community Plan Amendments
Application from Swinks Agro Engineering on behalf of Atlantic Broilers Ltd. To amend the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw to allow for reduced intensive livestock operation setbacks in the Rural Use North (RU-2) Zone by development agreement. This will enable the property owner to apply for a development agreement to have reduced setbacks from Burntcoat Road.
