Food Safety Course for Volunteers

Free volunteer training opportunity!

This course teaches the basics of food handling and may interest those who assist with barbecues, community dinners, etc. Many community facilities now require volunteer user groups to show proof of Food Safety certification. Certificates are typically valid for five years. This course is open to all East Hants volunteers, and the Municipality is covering all participants’ costs.
