The Municipality of East Hants will be holding a Public Information Meeting on the following topic:
PLN23-011: 3230225 Nova Scotia Limited (Cottage Country) – East Uniacke
This development agreement with the Municipality is for a proposed development located along Nature Drive in East Uniacke. It includes:
- A 370 dwelling unit bare-land condominium residential community.
- 9 hectares of mixed-use development, including commercial space and live/work residential units.
The proposal will be presented at the meeting, followed by an opportunity for residents to ask questions or share their comments. All are welcome.
