Purchase and Sale Conditions on Business Park Lots
In the East Hants Business Parks there are terms and conditions on the purchase of lots. They include:
- Your proposed commercial development must be started within one year of the date of purchase and completed within two years.
- Your proposed commercial development when completed must have a total (land and building) assessed value of $350,000 per acre in the Elmsdale Business Park and $180,434 in the Uniacke Business Park.
