New Commercial Lots For Sale in the Elmsdale Business Park

East Hants has completed Phase 6 of the Elmsdale Business Park expansion. This project has added 19 new commercial lots to the business park to help meet the growing market demand for commercial land for sale near Halifax.
The Elmsdale Business Park is located in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia, just 30 minutes north of the capital city of Halifax. How to Purchase a Commercial Lot in Phase 6
The new commercial lots will be available for sale on February 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Lots will be sold on a first come first serve basis. In order to purchase a lot a completed Application to Purchase Business Park Land and a 10% down deposit of the total lot price is required.
