Welcome Desk Attendants – 2026/27 Winter Season

We are recruiting for Welcome Desk Attendants to join our team for the fall/winter season at the East Hants Sportsplex.

Our Welcome Desk Attendants greet patrons of the facility, answer inquiries in-person and on the phone, make bookings, collect payments for programs, and perform general front-desk duties.

What you can offer:

• Past experience in customer service or a willingness to learn.
• Experience with point-of sale software would be an asset.
• Current WHMIS, CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to successfully complete training provided.
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry check.
• You are available to work flexible hours around the operational requirements of a sports facility, including some afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Solid understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in a customer focused environment.

Hours:                          Variable hours, casual and part-time available.  Please note your availability in your application.

Hourly Rate:                $17.25/hour.
