Spring 2019 Aqua Fitness Schedule

Our spring hours are effective April 12, 2019.


Aqua Zumba

Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:30 pm

Darin and Shelley bring their Zumba class to the water! Their friendly personalities are perfectly suited to this fun, active class. This class is for all abilities and is open to everyone. Come join the party at the pool!


Morning Aquafit

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
9:00 –  10:00 am

A fun invigorating workout in the pool. Requires no swimming skills but promises to get your feet moving and heart pumping! Shallow and deep end classes.


Evening Aquafit

Mondays
7:30 – 8:30 pm


Gentle Functional Fitness

Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00 – 10:00 am

Cardiovascular training, functional fitness, muscular endurance and strength, balance and flexibility training. Water Walking and Tai Chi movements will be incorporated to train mobility, gait and balance.

Join Any Time!  Prices are for 13 weeks of classes. All classes are pro-rated after the 2nd week.  Registration is unlimited.


Youth Swim Fit – Non-competitive Swim Team

Interested in joining a non-competitive swim team? Our certified coaches will work with you to develop your skills and strokes in a friendly environment. The only competition is with yourself!

Prerequisite: Complete Swimmer 6; ages 8-17.

Class Time: Tuesdays 6:15 – 7:15 pm starting January 8, 2018

Cost: $135.00 for 10 weeks
