The application requests to redesignate and rezone two properties in Enfield from the Established Residential Neighbourhood (ER) designation to the Medium Density Residential (MR) and rezone from the Two-Dwelling Unit Residential (R2) zone to the Townhouse (R2-T) zone.
Subject Property
The subject properties are located off of Lacy Anne Ave and White Road in Enfield (PID 45329901 and PID 45379864). The two properties are approximately 1.4 hectares (3.68 acres) in size with frontage along Lacy Anne Ave and White Road. The land is designated as the Established Residential Neighbourhood (ER) and zoned the Two-Dwelling Unit Residential (R2).
Details
The applicant has requested the land be redesignated to the Medium Density Neighbourhood (MR) designation and rezoned to the Townhouse (R2-T) zone. The redesignation and rezoning would enable the development of Townhouses and/or Small Multiplexes on the lands. PID 45379864 is a Municipally owned property. The applicant has expressed interest in purchasing this property from the Municipality. The future sale of Municipal property is a decision separate from the redesignation/rezoning process.
