Notice of Public Hearing for PLN23-004 – September 27, 2023

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants will hold a Public Hearing regarding the following matter:

PLN23-004- 25 Burgess Road, Shubenacadie
Request to redesignate and rezone from Rural Use (RU) Designation and Zone to Established Residential Neighbourhood Designation (ER) and Two Dwelling Unit (R2) Zone. The application also requests an expansion to the Growth Management Area. This will enable the construction of a new two-unit dwelling.

The Public Hearing will take place at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre, 15 Commerce Court, Elmsdale, on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The Public Hearing will also be livestreamed on the municipal website at easthants.ca/livestream.
