Notice of Approval – PLN23-008

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants has approved PLN23-008, an application to amend the Official Community Plan. The amendments change the Land Use designation and zone of a portion of PID 45337722 in Mount Uniacke to the Regional Commercial (RC) zone and designation.
The amendments were given second reading and adopted by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing held on November 29, 2023. The effective date of the amendments is the date of publication of this notice. Copies of the amendments may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications.
