Notice of Approval – PLN23-004

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants has approved PLN23-004, an application by Craig Langille for 25 Burgess Road, Shubenacadie to redesignate to Established Residential Neighbourhood (ER) Designation and to rezone to Two Dwelling Unit Residential (R2) Zone. The application also includes an expansion to the Growth Management Area.

The amendments were given second reading and adopted by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing held on September 27, 2023. The effective date of the amendments is the date of publication of this notice. Copies of the amendments may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications.
