Notice of Approval PLN23-002 Pinehill Drive, Elmsdale

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants at their meeting on Wednesday July 26, 2023 approved an application by Siravista Developments Ltd. to rezone six (6) properties on Pinehill Drive, Elmsdale to allow the development of semi-detached dwellings.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning, or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. A copy of the staff report may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications
