Notice of Approval – Land Use Bylaw Housekeeping Amendments

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants, at their meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, approved housekeeping amendments to the Land Use Bylaw to fix items such as language usage, inaccurate references, and spelling.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. A copy of the amendments may be inspected by emailing planning@easthants.ca.
