Take Notice that a planning application has been received for the following proposal:

A proposal to amend the Official Community Plan to enable the expansion of a non-farm dwelling. The subject property is located at 2929 Hwy 202, East Gore and is identified as PID 45117975.

This is a preliminary notice to inform the public of the proposal being considered. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.
