Notice of Application – PLN24-012

Take Notice that a planning application has been received for the following proposal:

PLN24-012 Church Street, Lantz

A proposal to amend the Official Community Plan to enable the construction of four, 8-unit stacked townhouse buildings, for a total of 32 dwelling units. The application also proposes text amendments to the Land Use Bylaw in relation to stacked townhouses. The application site is located on a portion of PID 45086980, with frontage on Church Street, Lantz.

This is a preliminary notice to inform the public of the proposal being considered. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.

An advertisement will be published at a later date indicating the time, date and location of the Public Hearing and any other public meetings.
