TAKE NOTICE that an application has been received for the following proposal:
PLN22-008- Enfield

The Stevens Group of Companies has submitted a request to amend an existing development agreement for a four storey, 70 unit, assisted living facility, at 410 Highway 2, Enfield. The property is located adjacent to the Magnolia Nursing Home.

This is a preliminary notice intended to inform the public of consideration of the proposal. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.
