The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for mentoring and developing the aquatics team, fostering positive relationships with facility users, and enforcing policies and practices that ensure the safety of staff and facility users.
Operations and Maintenance Coordinator
East Hants Sportsplex, Lantz, NS
The Operations and Maintenance Coordinator oversees the maintenance activities of the facility and ice plant, as per the Technical Safety Act and Power Engineer Regulations of Nova Scotia. This includes oversight of building systems, preventative maintenance software, building automation, ice plant/refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, security, and fire suppression. This role supervises a team of facility operators and ice technicians.
