Due to technical difficulties, Council was unable to complete the business of the Council (Policy & In-Camera) meeting on October 21, 2025. As a result, the meeting will resume following the planned Executive Committee Extension on Thursday, October 23rd starting at 7:00 pm. Specific start time of the Council meeting is estimated to begin at approximately 8:30 pm, but is subject to change.
