The world comes together for International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8th to celebrate women’s achievements and reinforce a commitment to women’s equality. In honour of this important movement, we wish to recognize some of the outstanding women-owned businesses here in East Hants.
International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women’s achievements and rally for women’s equality.
