Administrative Services Clerk – 9-month Term

We are accepting applications for an Administrative Services Clerk for a 9-month term position.

The Administrative Services Clerk provides administrative support services to the Finance Department including telephone and walk-in reception services for the organization in addition to processing payments and bank deposits.

What you can offer:
• Completion of a two-year community college level certification or diploma in administrative support services discipline with related experience, preferably in a client-focused office environment.
• Comfortable with computer software, including MS Office. Experience with financial software an asset.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting and cash handling, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with providing customer-service support in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in a customer focused environment.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Anticipated End Date: March 31, 2027

Annual salary: $49,514.00 — $61,892.00
