Notice of Application

Take Notice that the Municipality of East Hants has received the following application:

PLN26 – 008: Zzap Consulting Incorporated – Lantz
An application to amend the Official Community Plan by changing the land use designation of PIDs 45332590 & 45332608 to the Medium Density Residential Neighbourhood (MR) Designation and to rezone the same lands to the Townhouse (R2-T) Zone. The mapping amendments will enable the development of approximately 24 townhouse dwelling units.

This is a preliminary notice to inform the public of the proposals. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.

An advertisement will be published at a later date indicating the time, date and location of the Public Hearing and any other public meetings.
