System AssessmentsRequest for ProposalsServicesSynopsis: The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) requires the services of a qualified firm to undertake a Drinking Water Assessment for the Shubenacadie and Regional water utilities. These assessments are required as per the Nova Scotia Environment and Climate Change (NSECC) Approvals to Operate in which municipal public drinking water supplies are required to compete system assessments every 10 years to assess compliance with the Nova Scotia Treatment Standard.
