The property is located 300 Highway 2, Enfield.  The property is the location of the existing Enfield Family Dental Centre.

Details

The property owner already has approval to construct a new dental centre building and construction is currently underway.  Approval was given in May 2021 for the new dental centre.  Details of the existing development agreement can be viewed here PLN20-003
