Notice of Public Information Meeting – Cottage Country

The Municipality of East Hants will be holding a Public Information Meeting on the following topic:

PLN23-011: 3230225 Nova Scotia Limited (Cottage Country) – East Uniacke

To enter into a development agreement with the Municipality for a proposed development located along Nature Drive in East Uniacke. The development includes:

• A 370 dwelling unit bare-land condominium residential community.
  
• 9 hectares of mixed-use development, including commercial space and live/work residential units.
  

The subject properties are identified as PID 45155314, PID 45403144, PID 45392602, and PID 45155306, East Uniacke.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Uniacke and District Fire Hall, 654 Highway 1, Mount Uniacke. The purpose of the meeting is to outline the proposal and respond to residents’ questions and comments. A final decision to approve or refuse the application will take place following a public hearing to be scheduled at a later date.
