Notice of Consideration of Bylaw F-400-8, Tax Exemption Bylaw

Take notice that the Council of the Municipality of the District of East Hants hereby proposes to consider Bylaw F-400-8, an Amendment to Bylaw F-400, Tax Exemption Bylaw. The proposed amendment adds one property, removes one property and updates ownership of one property within the tax exemption bylaw.

First reading was given to the proposed bylaw at the Regular Meeting of Council held on January 25, 2023. Second and final reading of the proposed bylaw is scheduled to be given at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held on February 22, 2023. The text of the bylaw may be inspected or copies obtained from the Office of the Municipal Clerk by emailing cao@easthants.ca
