Notice of Approval – PLN24-010

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants at their meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, approved PLN24-010, an application to unsubstantially amend an existing development agreement to permit an amended site and building design for 251 Highway 214, Elmsdale.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. A copy of the development agreement amendment may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications.
