Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants has approved an application by Gurmehar Singh Walia to enter into a development agreement to permit an automobile dealer and an automobile vehicle repair and maintenance use on lands that are zoned Rural Use (RU).
Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. A copy of the development agreement may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications.
