Notice of Approval PLN23-001, Elmsdale

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants at their meeting on Wednesday October 25, 2023, approved an application to enter into a development agreement for a dental office and coffee shop with a drive-thru on property located at 251 Highway 214, Elmsdale.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. A copy of the development agreement may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications
