Notice of Applications – PLN25-003 & PLN24-004

Take Notice that the Municipality of East Hants has received the following applications:

PLN25-003: Serenity Lodge – Enfield
A proposal to amend the East Hants Official Community Plan and to amend an existing development agreement to enable the subdivision of PID 45287638 into two lots with Serenity Lodge having frontage on an existing right-of-way easement.

PLN25-004: RYC Property Limited – Shubenacadie
An application to change the land use designation and zone for two portions of PID 45097227, to develop 4 townhouse buildings (approx. 24 dwelling units) and 10 semi-detached buildings with frontage on Havenwood Drive, Shubenacadie.

This is a preliminary notice intended to inform the public of consideration of the proposals. Approval by Municipal Council at a public hearing is required before the proposals may proceed.
