Notice of Applications – PLN24-015 & PLN25-002

Take Notice that the Municipality of East Hants has received the following applications:

PLN24-015: Development Agreement Amendment – Lantz
Clayton Developments Ltd. is applying to amend their Kiln Creek development agreement to add 100 more residential units (including apartments and townhomes), a self-storage building, and townhomes with 16-ft frontages.

PLN25-002: Development Agreement Amendment – Enfield
Magnolia Continuing Care Holdings Ltd. is seeking to amend the development agreement to increase assisted living units from 70 to 76 at 410 Highway 2, Enfield.

This is a preliminary notice intended to inform the public of consideration of the proposals. Approval by Municipal Council at a public hearing is required before the proposals may proceed.
