TAKE NOTICE that an application has been received for the following proposal:

PLN23-001- Elmsdale
Andrew Kim has submitted a development agreement application for a dental office and coffee shop with a drive-thru at 251 Highway 214, Elmsdale. Also included on the site plan is an Active-Transportation trail.

This is a preliminary notice intended to inform the public of consideration of the proposal. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.
