Public Information Meeting – November 1, 2022

Take notice that a public information meeting is being held regarding these proposed changes to the Mixed Use Centre (MC) Designation and Zone in Enfield & Elmsdale:

• Require commercial space in at least 50% of the ground floor of new buildings
• Limit the height of new buildings to 12.2 m and 3 storeys within a prescribed area

These changes will not impact already submitted or approved site plans and development permit applications.

The meeting is being held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 7 p.m. at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre, 15 Commerce Court, Elmsdale.

The purpose of the meeting is to outline the proposal and respond to any questions and comments.

A final decision to approve or refuse the proposal will take place following a Public Hearing to be scheduled at a later date.
