Notice of Application – PLN22-006

TAKE NOTICE that an application has been received for the following proposal:

PLN22-006 – Mount Uniacke

Mapping amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw to amend the designation and zone of a 42.2Ha property located on the East Uniacke Road. The amendments would result in the rezoning of the property (PID 45157054) from Rural Use (RU) zone and designation to the Country Residential (CR) zone and designation, to allow for the development of a residential subdivision with up to 65 lots.

This is a preliminary notice intended to inform the public of consideration of the proposal. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.
