Application Notice – The Shaw Group Limited

TAKE NOTICE that the Planning and Development Department for the Municipality of East Hants has received the following application:

Development Agreement Amendment

A proposal from The Shaw Group Limited to substantially amend an existing development agreement to enable an expansion to the existing wet cast concrete manufacturing plant by building an addition with a maximum floor area of 25,000 square feet, at 1101 Highway #2, Lantz.

This is a preliminary notice intended to inform the public of consideration of the proposal.  Approval by Municipal Council at a public hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.  An advertisement will be published at a later date indicating the time, date, and location of the hearing and any related public meetings.
