Approval Notice – Non-Substantive Amendment to Development Agreement, Elmsdale

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of the District of East Hants did, at their regular meeting on Wednesday September 26, 2018, approve the following application:

NON-SUBSTANTIVE AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, ELMSDALE

An application from 3265722 Nova Scotia Limited, for a non-substantive amendment to their existing development agreement, was approved to permit the installation of accessory fuel storage tanks on lands located at 7 and 20 Concorde Way (PID 45395423 and PID 45395415), Enfield.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act.

Copies of the Development Agreement Amendment may be inspected at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre, 15 Commerce Court, Elmsdale or by visiting the following website: www.easthants.ca/planning-advisory-committee.
