You love working with large datasets, including collection, tracking, and analysis. You are comfortable working with people in different fields and specialties, and enjoy understanding how you can help support their goals and objectives through providing fact-based analysis and tools. You have a continuous improvement mindset, and want to help implement a new program that will support the infrastructure of a growing community. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Geography, or a related field, or have a combination of education and experience that relates to data analysis and asset management.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate and Corporate Projects, the Asset Coordinator will participate in the development and implementation of a new Asset Management framework, support departments in the collection and tracking of asset data, coordinate asset condition assessments, implement lifecycle analysis, and help coordinate the ongoing management of the program.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Geography, or a related field
• 3 (three) years in a field related to data analysis, asset or portfolio management, finance, project management, GIS, or other related field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be given consideration
• Ability to manage large datasets, perform statistical and spatial analysis, employ critical thinking towards developing innovative solutions
• Exercises tact and diplomacy, strong relationship-building skills, able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to operate within tight timelines and budgets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing or presenting reports
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills to meet the challenges of a varied and busy work environment
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel at an advanced level. Familiarity with SAP and PowerPoint an asset
• Preference given to candidates with a Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management, or willing to pursue educational requirements towards obtaining a Certificate or Diploma

Salary Range: $67, 818-$84, 773
