It includes: \n\nA 370 dwelling unit bare-land condominium residential community.\n9 hectares of mixed-use development\, including commercial space and live/work residential units.\n\nThe proposal will be presented at the meeting\, followed by an opportunity for residents to ask questions or share their comments.
