Registering your Business in East Hants
Anyone starting a business in East Hants must apply for a one-time Development Permit to ensure safety and by-law compliance. Once registered, your business will be listed in the East Hants Business Directory.
Development permits ensure your business meets the requirements of the Municipal Land Use By-Law. Communities in the planned area of East Hants are regulated by the Land Use By-law.
