Road Maintenance Notice

The Municipality of East Hants has designated the unpaved portion of Park Road beyond Market Drive in Elmsdale as a controlled access road under the Controlled Access Roads By-Law.  Municipal Council has also passed a policy that this portion of Park Road will not be maintained including but not limited to winter maintenance.  The Public are advised that use of this road is at the user’s own risk and the Municipality does not assume any responsibility for injury or damage.
